My room was huge. A superior room. the bed was comfy too and very clean, a relief after a long day.

the toilet didn't flush properly i noticed! water dripped from the ceiling sometimes and i couldn't get maintenance to fix it as it was a bank holiday.

the location is certainly a standout feature. i found the proximity to the train station very convenient. the room was spacious and very clean, exactly what i wanted.

The lack of clear signage for the hotel entrance proved inconvenient. it was hard to spot at first. Better labeling would greatly improve the initial experience.

I found the location convenient, as it sits DIRECTLY across from the railway station. The room was modern. It also included USB and USB-C charging ports by the beds. I thought that was a really nice touch.

I had an issue with the room telephone. It was not working. Despite reporting it several times, it remained unfixed .

I found some issues. the cleanliness was not good. There was hair on the bedspread and dust in the room's corners. it got too hot at night, but the air conditioning did not work. when i opened the window, it became too noisy so i could not sleep well. apply, twice.

I appreciated the hotel's location right across from the train station. This made travel very easy. The room had tea and coffee facilities, so i could make hot drinks. I also found the recently refurbished room to be spacious.

The entrance was not easy to find on a dark evening. Signage could be more visible.
